TEAM LEAD VISION SUPPORT At VA Imaging, we work with innovative industrial camera technology used in a wide range of applications. Our goal? Happy customers and long-term relationships! As our international company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Team lead Vision Support. Are you a technical support leader who enjoys developing people, solving challenges and improving customer service? In this role, you'll lead and coach our Vision Support team, ensuring excellent technical support for customers worldwide. You'll coordinate daily vision support, guide your team through technical challenges and continuously improve our support processes. A strong technical background is essential; experience in machine vision is a plus! You'll work from our modern HQ in Eindhoven, collaborating closely with our international Sales teams worldwide. Your daily tasks: Lead, coach and develop the Vision Support team, encouraging professional growth and strong team performance. Organize and prioritize daily support activities, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service. Guide the team in resolving complex technical issues and finding effective solutions. Monitor support performance and continuously improve processes, workflows and service quality. Encourage technical knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Work closely with Sales to ensure technical support meets customer needs and commercial priorities. What do we expect from you? At least 2 years of proven experience leading a technical support team - a must-have! Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Strong technical background; machine vision experience is a plus. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

At least two years of proven experience leading a technical support team is required, along with a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Candidates should have a strong technical background, with machine vision experience considered a plus, as well as strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
