IT SUPPORT & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR At VA Imaging, we work with innovative and affordable industrial camera technology. Our goal? Happy customers and long-term relationships! You'll work at our modern HQ in Eindhoven, supporting colleagues across our international organization. As an IT Support & System Administrator, you ensure our IT infrastructure, systems and equipment run smoothly and securely. You're the first point of contact for IT-related questions and technical issues, helping colleagues work efficiently. From setting up laptops and user accounts to maintaining networks and resolving technical problems, you keep our daily IT operations running. Your daily tasks: Maintain and support our IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software and workplace equipment. Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues and follow through on solutions. Order, configure and install laptops, computers and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, access rights and software licenses, including IT onboarding and offboarding. Monitor IT security, system performance, backups and updates. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and licenses. Coordinate with external IT suppliers and service providers. Identify and implement practical improvements to IT systems and infrastructure. What do we expect from you? An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent qualifications. At least 2 years of experience in IT support. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and IT security. A practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem solving. Good communication skills in English. An independent, proactive and service-oriented mindset. A structured way of working, with attention to reliability and continuous improvement. Requirements

Applicants need an associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent qualifications, and at least two years of IT support experience. They should have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and IT security, along with a hands-on, proactive, structured, and service-oriented approach and good English communication skills.
