As a Junior Sales & Client Manager, you’ll play an active role in connecting clients, business opportunities, and talent. You'll combine sales and staffing activities with marketing, event organisation, and a variety of practical business support tasks. What will you do? Sales & Client Management Working from our Amsterdam headquarters, you'll help turn business opportunities into successful client relationships. You'll be involved throughout the entire process, from the first client conversation to placing the right consultant. Identify and follow up on commercial opportunities and leads. Conduct initial client meetings, understand their needs, and translate them into suitable solutions. Coordinate recruitment, matching, and placement of consultants. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Work closely with Partners and colleagues across our four business lines: Advisory, Transformations, Professionals, and Services. Marketing & Online Visibility You'll help strengthen Payrollminds' visibility among clients and potential new colleagues. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish LinkedIn posts, job vacancies, and recruitment campaigns. Develop engaging content about our people, projects, and services. Support online marketing activities and branding campaigns. Contribute creative ideas to further strengthen Payrollminds' position in the market. Events & Relationship Management You'll help grow our network and bring people together through engaging events and activities. Support client events, networking sessions, and relationship-building activities. Manage invitations, registrations, and practical event coordination. Organize internal events and team activities. Business Support You'll also contribute to a professional, well-organised, and enjoyable working environment. Handle selected office management and administrative tasks. Coordinate practical office and organisational matters. Identify opportunities to improve and simplify internal processes. Who are we looking for? You're an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Young Professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic environment. You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business, commerce, or a related field. You are a strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people and a commercial mindset. You work in a structured way and can easily switch between different activities. You have an interest in marketing, social media, and modern communication. You take initiative, think in solutions, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have a good command of both Dutch and English. Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business, commerce, or a related field, and be strong communicators with a commercial mindset. They should be organized, proactive, interested in marketing and social media, fluent in Dutch and English, and based in the greater Amsterdam area.
