About the Role As part of our AI Adoption team, you will support clients from initial scoping through implementation, helping teams adopt new ways of working across AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and broader digital transformation initiatives. You will join a collaborative, international team that combines hands-on client delivery with continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into practical, outcome-focused adoption activities and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Delivery: Support the design and delivery of change management strategies, activities, and client deliverables. Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to guide transformation plans. Manage specific workstreams of adoption projects independently and self-responsibly. Training & Enablement: Develop engaging communication, training, and user adoption materials tailored to client needs. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings across client teams. Support hands-on adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and custom AI tools. Client Engagement & Transformation: Help business leaders and employees successfully navigate digital and technology shifts. Gather client feedback to refine change messaging and training materials. Collaborate across international project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Examples of Projects You Could Work On: Supporting a global organization with the company-wide rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Designing campaign materials and training modules for a Copilot Adoption Accelerator. Facilitating interactive stakeholder workshops to assess change readiness and impact. What You Bring Must-Haves: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in change management, digital adoption, corporate training, consulting, or Microsoft-based projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Native or C2-level Dutch proficiency combined with professional written and verbal English skills. Strong presentation skills, high empathy, and confidence facilitating workshops and training sessions. Enjoy working with clients on-site, with willingness to travel within the Netherlands and across Europe as required. Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about emerging AI and Microsoft technologies. Nice-to-Haves: Fluency in additional European languages (especially German, French, or Italian) is a huge plus! Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or Microsoft technologies. Core Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of change strategies, adoption activities, and client workstreams, including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments. Develop communications and training materials, facilitate workshops and training, gather client feedback, and collaborate with international teams to support adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools.

Requirements

Applicants should have up to three years of relevant experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field. They must have native or C2-level Dutch and professional English, strong presentation and facilitation skills, willingness to travel, and enthusiasm for AI and Microsoft technologies.
