We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager Indirect Procurement to support and further develop Selecta's indirect procurement strategy across Europe. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with local procurement teams, business stakeholders and key suppliers to deliver sourcing initiatives, drive cost efficiencies and strengthen procurement governance across multiple markets. Your Responsibilities Develop and implement Group-wide category strategies across indirect spend areas such as IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Travel, Fleet and Professional Services Build and maintain sourcing plans that identify supplier, market and cost optimization opportunities Lead multi-country tenders, RFQs, supplier negotiations and contract renewals across European markets Deliver savings initiatives and create value through supplier consolidation and commercial optimization Manage supplier performance through business reviews, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives Partner closely with local procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, HR, IT and Legal Drive contract compliance, spend under management and procurement best practices across the Group Analyze spend data, market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making Support procurement governance, risk management and ESG initiatives across indirect spend categories Prepare reports, business cases and procurement updates for senior leadership and the Chief Procurement Officer Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field 8+ years of procurement experience with a strong focus on indirect categories Logistics or transport procurement experience is highly desirable Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives Experience working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups in an international environment Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, benchmarking and procurement reporting Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to drive change without direct authority Experience with procurement systems and contract management processes Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is considered an advantage CIPS or a comparable procurement qualification is beneficial Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage What We Offer A highly visible international role with exposure to senior leadership and the Chief Procurement Officer The opportunity to shape procurement strategy across 13 European markets Ownership of strategic sourcing, supplier management and transformation initiatives A dynamic international environment where your work has a direct impact on business performance High levels of responsibility, autonomy and visibility within the Group Procurement organization Professional development and career growth opportunities within a leading European company Competitive compensation package and attractive benefits A collaborative and inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation Unlimited coffee and tea to keep you energized throughout the day ☕ Ready to make an impact? Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement group-wide indirect category strategies, lead multi-country sourcing events and negotiations, and deliver savings through supplier consolidation and commercial optimization. Manage supplier performance and procurement governance while partnering with local teams and business stakeholders to support strategic decisions and ESG initiatives.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least eight years of procurement experience, particularly in indirect categories, with a proven record in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and cost reduction. Candidates should have international stakeholder experience, strong analytical and influencing skills, and familiarity with procurement systems; logistics or transport experience is desirable, while CIPS, Power BI, and additional European languages are advantages.
