Working at the intersection of security, commercial growth, and operational efficiency, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including ABU Product, Program Management, Commercial Growth & Operations, and Local Partner Services. Your mission is to build scalable, highly automated, and commercially sound processes that deliver maximum business value while keeping partner security and compliance top of mind. Operating with a data-driven mindset, you will drive continuous process improvement while proactively managing upstream and downstream impacts in a complex global ecosystem. End-to-End Process Design & Governance Design, implement, and operate key global partner processes across designated domains (Compliance, Trust, or Foundational Development). Establish robust process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks to ensure global consistency across regions. Evaluate cross-functional workflows to remove operational friction, eliminate manual workarounds, and drive end-to-end automation. Cross-Functional Partnering & Stakeholder Alignment Partner with ABU Product and Program Management to translate business strategy and compliance requirements into actionable process architecture. Collaborate with Commercial Growth & Operations (CoGo) and Local Partner Services to ensure global processes are commercially viable, operationalized smoothly, and locally adaptable. Serve as the central point of contact and domain authority for partner process standards across the Trust & Compliance function. Data-Driven Continuous Improvement Leverage quantitative data and qualitative partner feedback to identify process bottlenecks, run root-cause analyses, and continuously optimize workflows. Proactively manage change by assessing and mitigating upstream and downstream impacts of process modifications across the broader CoGo business ecosystem. Adapt quickly to the complex nature of our operating environment, ensuring processes remain agile, scalable, and secure. Compliance, Risk & Security Management Embed trust, security, and regulatory compliance standards into every stage of the partner lifecycle and operational workflow. Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure ongoing alignment with changing legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. Requirements Of Special Knowledge/skills Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in global process design, operational excellence, or business transformation, preferably within a fast-paced tech, platform, or e-commerce environment. Complex Business Expertise: Proven experience operating and scaling processes within large, complex organizations or across multi-layered, complicated corporate systems. IC Leadership: Proven success as an Individual Contributor (IC), with a strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, managing diverse stakeholder expectations, and leading by influence across matrixed organizations. Technical Tooling & Data Literacy Jira: Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience using Jira for workflow management, ticketing, and process tracking. Data Literacy (Tableau): Ability to define clear reporting requirements for data teams, coupled with strong analytical capability to interpret Tableau dashboards, diagnose process health, and draw actionable conclusions that drive continuous improvement. Methodologies: Strong command of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, RACI) and process mapping tools. Systems & Upstream/Downstream Thinking: Ability to map out complex multi-stakeholder systems, anticipate edge cases, and predict cross-functional impacts of operational changes.

Core Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and govern scalable global partner processes across compliance, trust, or foundational development, creating consistent documentation and improving workflows through automation. Collaborate with product, program, commercial, and local operations teams to use data and partner feedback to optimize processes while managing security, compliance, and cross-functional impacts.

Requirements

Requires 3–5+ years of experience in global process design, operational excellence, or business transformation, preferably in technology, platform, or e-commerce environments. Candidates should have experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations, advanced Jira proficiency, the ability to interpret Tableau dashboards, and knowledge of process optimization methods such as Lean Six Sigma and RACI.
