What you do Build a pipeline of fashion brands across Europe: research, first contact and follow-up Lead conversations with sustainability, operations and customer service teams at brands Translate what a brand needs into the right setup: ETC platform or private label, repair credit, returns and unsold stock Guide new brands through the launch checklist, together with the atelier and the platform team Stay the point of contact once a brand is live: regular check-ins, volumes and quality feedback Bring what brands ask for back to the team, so the service and the platform keep improving Represent EuropeanTailorCo at trade fairs and industry events What you bring Several years of experience in account management, partnerships or sales, ideally in fashion, retail or textiles Fluent English; (several) other European languages, such as Dutch, German, French or Italian, are a plus A feel for product and quality: you talk about a seam as easily as about a contract Comfortable with longer sales cycles and several stakeholders at one brand Organised and independent; you own your pipeline Based in or near Amsterdam, and open to travel within Europe now and then What you get A good salary Stock options A start-up vibe: short lines and room to build One hell of an office, at Norrsken House Amsterdam A cool job to tell your friends about Unlimited holidays
Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of European fashion brands, lead partnership discussions, and guide brands through launch and ongoing account management. Represent the company at industry events and relay brand feedback to improve its services and platform.
Requirements
Several years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales are required, ideally in fashion, retail, or textiles. Candidates should have fluent English, strong product and quality awareness, the ability to manage longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, and be organized, independent, based near Amsterdam, and open to occasional European travel.

What we do Afterservice: your customers book a repair in your channel or ours and ship their garment with a prepaid label from anywhere in the European Union. We repair it, inspect every piece and return it within two weeks door to door. [Your Brand] Certified: returns that can no longer be sold as new are inspected, repaired where needed and certified per item, ready to resell under your own brand instead of being marked down or written off. Unsold stock: we de-brand stock to protect your brand value, or rework, embroider and print it into a new limited line. Every garment is linked to its serial number, so each step is recorded. Why now Since July 2026, large companies may no longer destroy unsold apparel in the EU. By 2028, every member state runs mandatory producer responsibility for textiles.
