Job Description
Basic-Fit is seeking a hands-on Data Platform Tech Lead to own and advance our Databricks-based data platform. You will drive architecture decisions, implement platform improvements, and lead cross-team delivery with Data Engineering, BI, Data Science, and Analytics groups. You will apply deep knowledge of Databricks and the Microsoft/Azure data ecosystem, shape BI reporting architecture with Power BI, and push data governance and observability across the platform.
Core Responsibilities
Own and advance Basic-Fit's Databricks-based data platform, making architecture decisions and implementing platform improvements. Lead cross-team delivery with Data Engineering, BI, Data Science, and Analytics groups, while shaping Power BI reporting architecture and advancing data governance and observability.
Requirements
