Channable, based in Utrecht, is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and improve educational materials. You will document product features and create Academy courses, reflecting the voice of the customer and aligning with the Style Guide. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to capture knowledge, update content after updates, and publish in the Help Center and Academy. The role requires 1+ year in related fields and a strong command of English.
