Coda is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in Amsterdam to support its fast-growing fintech, payments, ecommerce and digital platforms business. You will partner with Product, Commercial and Engineering teams across Europe, provide pragmatic legal guidance, and help structure deals while managing regulatory risk. Partner with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams across Europe to provide pragmatic legal guidance for Coda’s fintech, payments, ecommerce, and digital platforms business. Help structure deals and manage regulatory risk.
Requirements
Candidates should be Dutch-qualified and have at least seven years of experience in commercial or corporate law. Fluency in Dutch and English and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment are expected.
