Zoku is seeking a Regional Maintenance & Asset Manager to own maintenance centrally from our Support Office. You will set technical standards for Amsterdam, Vienna, Copenhagen and Paris, coaching hotel maintenance teams and managing risk, compliance and asset quality across four hotels. You will shape long-term maintenance plans, collaborate with Finance on capex, and lead contracts with landlords and partners, ensuring high reliability and guest satisfaction.

Own and coordinate maintenance centrally for four hotels in Amsterdam, Vienna, Copenhagen, and Paris, setting technical standards and coaching hotel maintenance teams. Manage risk, compliance, asset quality, long-term maintenance plans, capital expenditure collaboration with Finance, and contracts with landlords and partners to support reliability and guest satisfaction.
