OpenUp, a fast-growing international startup, is hiring a Talent Acquisition partner to own HQ recruitment with a focus on commercial roles. You’ll collaborate with the People team, HR and founders, using data and AI to hire the right people while building strong talent networks across the business. You’ll experiment with sourcing channels, partner with senior stakeholders, and shape the function beyond daily tasks, including employer branding and process improvements.
