As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Qualifications University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills Strong interest in Energy Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus! Core Responsibilities

Deliver engineering consulting assignments on client transformation projects, including data structuring and analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and functional specifications. Support project teams and contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

A master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering and 0–3 years of consulting experience are requested. Candidates should be collaborative, communicative, analytical, autonomous, results-oriented, interested in energy, data, and AI, fluent in Dutch and English, and willing to take temporary assignments abroad; German is an advantage.
