What you'll do
Fix things that are broken, like lighting, air conditioning or doors | Carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities | Do inspection rounds and keep maintenance records up to date | Work together with external technicians, suppliers and other hotel departments | Respond quickly to service requests | Be an essential part of our commitment to a flawless guest experience.
Who you are
You have experience in technical maintenance or a similar hands-on role – hotel experience is a plus | Skilled at solving technical problems | Able to work well with a diverse team | Detail-oriented with strong communication skills | You’re practical, proactive and like to get things done | Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Nice to have
Familiar with different technical systems and equipment | Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Core Responsibilities
The Handyman will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities, including lighting, air conditioning, and guest rooms. They will also conduct inspection rounds and collaborate with external technicians and hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in technical maintenance or a similar hands-on role, with hotel experience considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.
