Wat is de functie
Als Planner Logistics speel je een centrale rol in het waarborgen van de tijdige en effectieve beschikbaarheid van logistieke middelen ter ondersteuning van activiteiten op NAM-locaties. De primaire focus ligt op (chemisch) wegtransport, hijs- en hefwerkzaamheden en logistieke projecten. Daarnaast ondersteun je diverse andere logistieke activiteiten, waaronder:
- Vlaktransport en hijs- en hefwerkzaamheden
- Chemische bevoorrading
- Transport van vloeistoffen
- Industriële reiniging en afvalbeheer
Het doel van de functie is ervoor te zorgen dat wordt voldaan aan de geldende veiligheids-, milieu-, kosten- en prestatienormen, terwijl continu wordt gewerkt aan verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu, efficiëntie en leveringsprestaties.
Wat ga je doen
Als Logistics Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle logistieke projectactiviteiten voor Wells, de ontmanteling van oude locaties en Turnarounds. Je organiseert de logistieke bevoorrading, het mengen, de opslag en de handling van productiechemicaliën via logistieke dienstverleners om een optimale productie op NAM-locaties te ondersteunen. Daarnaast verzorg je de administratieve afhandeling van activiteiten binnen de logistieke planningscel, organiseer je wegtransport en hijs- en hefdiensten, en coördineer je de opslag van regenwater op locatie om een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van operationele activiteiten te waarborgen.
- Logistieke kosten en middelen optimaliseren door hijs-, hef-, transport- en kraanactiviteiten efficiënt te coördineren, inclusief het beoordelen van hijsplannen.
- De bevoorrading van productiechemicaliën plannen en coördineren, inclusief voorraadbeheer en afstemming met leveranciers en aannemers.
- De meest efficiënte logistieke oplossingen selecteren, leveringen coördineren en besteldatums en kosten beheren.
- Vloeistoffentransporten en regenwateropslag plannen in afstemming met putactiviteiten en bijzondere transportbehoeften.
- Zorgen voor naleving van ADR- en UN-regelgeving, afvalstroombeheer en correcte transportdocumentatie.
- Wells-projecten ondersteunen gedurende voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding, en relaties onderhouden met interne stakeholders en aannemers.
- Logistieke projectplanningen opstellen, activiteiten afstemmen met de Rig Logistics Coordinator en bijdragen aan veilige, kostenefficiënte en milieubewuste uitvoering.
- Optreden als logistiek expert voor Asset-, Wells- en ontmantelingsactiviteiten en ondersteuning bieden binnen Industrial Cleaning, Waste, Road Transport, Fluids en Lifting & Hoisting.
Wat breng je mee
- Ervaring met het plannen van logistieke middelen.
- EVO-certificering Logistiek Planner is een pré.
- Kennis van wegtransport en hijs- en hefwerkzaamheden.
- Kennis van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van goederenvervoer.
- Kennis van de Lifting & Hoisting-standaard en de praktische toepassing daarvan; kennis van ADR-regelgeving en bij voorkeur in het bezit van een ADR-basiscertificaat.
- Kennis van productieprocessen en installaties binnen de olie- en gasindustrie.
- Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen, met de bereidheid om veranderingen te omarmen en te stimuleren volgens de Agile-werkwijze.
- Stressbestendig en veerkrachtig bij tegenslagen, met sterk analytisch denkvermogen, een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak, een proactieve "can-do" mentaliteit en uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
Goed om te weten: Deze functie wordt onderdeel van de zelfstandige NAM Joint Venture (IJV). De geselecteerde kandidaat zal daarom op termijn overgaan van Shell naar een dienstverband bij NAM.
De beoogde overgangsdatum is 1 maart 2027.
Vanaf januari 2027 is het hoofdkantoor gevestigd in Hoogezand.
Daarnaast beschikt NAM over locaties in Anjum, Schoonebeek en Rotterdam.
