  • Policy & Market Access Strategy: Define and drive the governmental affairs and health policy agenda to shape the pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape across priority markets.
  • Institutional Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-level relationships with ministries of health, HTA bodies, payers, policymakers, and regulators to lead the company's response to policy shifts affecting patient access.
  • External Partner & Affiliate Direction: Direct external governmental affairs agencies and in-country consultants while guiding affiliate teams on policy stakeholder mapping and execution.
  • Reputation & Compliance Alignment: Align policy messaging with Corporate Affairs and Communications to protect company narrative, ensuring all activities comply with the Code of Ethical Conduct and lobbying transparency requirements.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global market dynamics, competitor trends, and country-level stakeholder needs to identify opportunities for asset differentiation and long-term value creation.
  • Financial & Milestone Oversight: Manage asset-level budgeting and financial tracking in collaboration with Finance to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within agreed targets.
  • In-Market Presence & Representation: Represent the asset in global forums, support external engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners, and conduct regular field visits in key markets.
