Projectleider Industriële Steigerbouw & Isolatie | Beverwijk (Noord-Holland) | 40 uur

Wil jij meerdere industriële projecten zelfstandig leiden, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, met echte vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat? Voor een internationale industriële dienstverlener zoeken wij meerdere Projectleiders in Noord-Holland.

Onze opdrachtgever is een van de grootste industriële dienstverleners ter wereld, met meer dan 340 locaties in 25 landen. In Nederland verzorgen zij steigerbouw, isolatie en conservering voor onderhoud en projecten bij industriële klanten. Veiligheid staat voorop, de lijnen zijn kort en er is weinig bureaucratie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten binnen de industriële steigerbouw en isolatie. Je zorgt dat jouw projecten veilig, kwalitatief goed, op tijd en binnen budget worden gerealiseerd.

• Je bereidt projecten voor, organiseert ze en stuurt ze aan

• Je geeft leiding aan (hoofd)uitvoerders, voormannen en monteurs

• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en bouwt duurzame relaties op

• Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en voortgang

• Je beheert projectbudgetten, marges en prognoses en stuurt tijdig bij

• Je signaleert risico's en commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten

• Je verbetert processen en werkwijzen en coacht je team

Wat breng je mee?

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting

• Ervaring als Projectleider in de industrie, bouw of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving

• Ervaring met steigerbouw, isolatie of industrieel onderhoud is een pré

• Sterk financieel inzicht en ervaring met budgetbewaking

• Natuurlijk leiderschap: je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en een stevige gesprekspartner voor klanten

• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

• VCA-VOL (of bereid dit te behalen) en rijbewijs B

Candidates should have an HBO level of education in a technical field and proven experience in industrial project management, construction, or maintenance. Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and proficiency in Dutch are required, along with a VCA-VOL certification and a driver's license.
