Job Description
Organisation
Anthos Fund & Asset Management is a values-based asset manager that stewards capital for professional investors who want to create a bigger impact together. We do this by responsibly managing capital in line with the values of sustainability, human dignity and good corporate citizenship.
Founded nearly 100 years ago to manage the assets of the Brenninkmeijer family, Anthos today also welcomes like-minded investors. We provide investment management and advisory services across public and private markets, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and alternative investments.
Anthos is part of COFRA, a sixth-generation family-owned group of investment platforms and businesses active in asset management, private equity, real estate, retail, clean energy and sustainable food. Across all its activities, COFRA is guided by a shared ambition: to be a force for good in society and the environment.
The role
At Anthos, we believe that exceptional client outcomes start with deep expertise, personal relationships and transparency. We are committed to delivering high-quality investment solutions and an outstanding client experience, helping clients navigate complex investment questions with confidence.
We are looking for a Content & Positioning Specialist who can help bring this commitment to life. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Client Relationship Management, Investment Teams and Responsible Investment to translate expertise, insights and ideas into clear, engaging and high-quality content and communications.
You will help shape how Anthos presents its capabilities, expertise and thought leadership to clients and prospective clients. This goes beyond content creation alone. You will think about what clients need to better understand investment topics, how we can make our expertise more accessible, and how we can continuously strengthen the experience we provide across different touchpoints.
You will also bring a fresh perspective on how we engage with clients. This could mean exploring new formats and channels, developing educational initiatives, or finding new ways to share our expertise and create meaningful interaction with the audiences we serve.
Your work may include developing thought leadership, supporting investment strategy launches, creating educational content, enhancing client communications and strengthening the quality and consistency of our client-facing materials.
You will be part of the Client Advisory & Solutions team and work closely with colleagues across the organisation.
What you will do
Positioning & Communication
- Help translate Anthos' expertise, investment capabilities and insights into clear, relevant and consistent client-facing communications.
- Support the development of positioning and messaging that reflects who we are, what we stand for and how we work with clients.
- Contribute to maintaining a distinctive and high-quality voice across our communications.
- Help ensure that what we communicate is relevant to the audiences we serve and reflects the quality of the work behind it.
Client experience & engagement
- Help ensure that Anthos' commitment to quality, transparency and personal service is reflected consistently in how we communicate and engage with clients.
- Bring a fresh perspective on how Anthos shares expertise and engages with clients, identifying new ways to inform, educate and connect with different audiences.
- Explore and develop new formats, channels and initiatives that strengthen client engagement and make our expertise more accessible and relevant.
- Develop materials and educational initiatives that help clients better understand investment topics, solutions and market developments.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen the overall client experience across different touchpoints.
- Stay curious about developments in client communication and engagement and translate relevant ideas into practical opportunities for Anthos.
Content Creation
- Create high-quality content including presentations, client materials, articles, thought leadership pieces, reports, FAQs, educational content and materials supporting new initiatives.
- Gather insights from Investment Teams, Responsible Investment and Client Relationship Management colleagues.
- Translate complex investment, sustainability and client topics into clear, credible and engaging communications.
- Maintain a high editorial standard and ensure consistency and quality across client-facing materials.
- Think beyond the immediate content request to understand what will genuinely help clients engage with and understand a topic.
Proposition & Investment Capability Support
- Support the introduction and development of investment capabilities and solutions.
- Help shape the narratives, supporting materials and communications needed to introduce new initiatives to clients.
- Work with subject matter experts to translate investment expertise into compelling and accessible content.
- Think through what clients may need to understand a new proposition or investment capability, from core materials and FAQs to education and ongoing communication.
What you bring
- You are curious, thoughtful and hands-on. You enjoy working with complex topics and are motivated by making expertise accessible and meaningful for clients.
- You combine strong writing and communication skills with sound judgement, creativity and an eye for quality. You do not simply execute a brief. You ask questions, think about the audience and consider whether there may be a better or more engaging way to achieve the intended outcome.
- You are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to bring together different perspectives while maintaining clarity, consistency and quality.
In addition, you bring:
- At least five years of relevant experience in content, communications, positioning or a related role within asset management, wealth management or a related financial-services environment.
- A solid understanding of investment concepts and the ability to engage credibly with investment professionals.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Dutch and English.
- The confidence to ask questions and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Curiosity about new ways to communicate, educate and engage with clients.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to consistently high-quality work.
What we offer
- A broad role where you can combine content expertise with creativity and have a tangible impact on how Anthos communicates and engages with clients.
- The opportunity to work closely with investment and client-facing teams and deepen your understanding of the investment industry.
- The freedom to bring new ideas and explore new ways of making our expertise valuable and accessible to clients.
- The opportunity to further develop your expertise and grow with the role.
- Hybrid working, with three days per week in our Amsterdam office.
- A healthy work-life balance and 31 days of annual leave.
- Volunteering days and the opportunity to work abroad for up to four weeks per year.
- Participation in the Provisum pension scheme.
- Additional benefits such as a home office budget, subsidised lunches, an in-house barista and a discounted gym membership.
Reference checks and a pre-employment screening are a final step of the hiring procedure.
We believe better decisions come from diverse perspectives and an inclusive culture. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all and creating an environment where everyone is respected, valued and able to contribute fully. We encourage applications from individuals with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you are excited about the role but do not meet every requirement, we would still like to hear from you.
