Functieomschrijving
Voor een grote organisatie met een omvangrijk beheer- en onderhoudslandschap zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren IT Business Analist. In deze rol vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen Asset Management en IT. Je vertaalt de behoeften en requirements van assetmanagers naar samenhangende datafunctionaliteiten, processen en integraties. Daarbij kijk je verder dan individuele applicaties en bewaak je de samenhang binnen de volledige Asset Life Cycle. Je werkt in een complexe omgeving waar digitalisering, data-integratie, Enterprise Asset Management en SAP een belangrijke rol spelen binnen de verdere optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Vertalen van Asset Management-vraagstukken naar proces-, data- en IT-requirements.
- In kaart brengen van informatiestromen, integraties en onderlinge afhankelijkheden.
- Begeleiden van workshops en besluitvormingsprocessen met gebruikers, IT-specialisten en leveranciers.
- Ondersteunen van de refinement-, realisatie-, test- en acceptatiefase van nieuwe oplossingen.
- Bewaken van gebruikerswaarde, samenhang, beheerbaarheid en continuïteit van oplossingen.
- Nauw samenwerken met proceseigenaren, assetmanagers, architecten, product owners, SAP-consultants, data- en integratiespecialisten en implementatiepartners.
- Bijdragen aan data- en documentmigraties, inclusief het opstellen en bewaken van kwaliteits- en acceptatiecriteria.
- Ondersteunen van Master Data Management (MDM) en de samenhang tussen bron- en doelsystemen.
- Ontwerpen, realiseren en optimaliseren van integraties tussen SAP en andere platformen en bedrijfssystemen.
- Bijdragen aan een geïntegreerd, toekomstbestendig en beheersbaar applicatie- en datalandschap.
Functie-eisen
- Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Business Analist of Informatieanalist.
- Ervaring met complexe IT-implementatie- en verbetertrajecten.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met platformintegraties en/of data(migratie).
- Ervaring met het vertalen van business requirements naar IT-requirements.
- Ervaring met het analyseren van proces-, data- en systeemafhankelijkheden.
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum-methodieken en projectmatig werken.
- Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
Pré's
- Ervaring met Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)-implementaties.
- Ervaring met SAP-implementaties en/of SAP-migraties.
- Certificering in Agile/Scrum (bijvoorbeeld PSM) en/of projectmanagement (bijvoorbeeld IPMA).
- Ervaring met de Value Driven Maintenance (VDM)-methodiek.
- Ervaring met het mappen van processen en data naar EAM-functionaliteiten.
- Affiniteit met assetmanagement, engineering, infrastructuur of technische omgevingen.

Core Responsibilities
You will act as the bridge between Asset Management and IT, translating business needs into functional data processes and system requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the Asset Life Cycle, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise platforms.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor or master degree and possess at least 5 years of experience in business or information analysis. Strong proficiency in Dutch and English, along with proven experience in complex IT implementations and data integration, is required.
