Job Description

At REV'IT!, we have a deep-rooted drive: we want motorcyclists to enjoy their passion to the fullest. To achieve that goal, we try to learn something new every day. From each other, from our customers, from our data and... maybe also from you. Are you interested in European sustainability-related regulations, and structured process improvement? Do you enjoy translating complex legal requirements into practical and understandable solutions? Then this is an opportunity for you. What can you expect from us? At REV'IT!, compliance is part of how we develop products, not a final check at the end. Our riding gear is built to meet strict European safety standards, and as sustainability legislation evolves, the same level of care now extends to the packaging around it. Materials, labels, recyclability, and reporting obligations all need a clear and documented approach. This internship gives you ownership of a project that directly strengthens our packaging compliance. You will work with European packaging waste regulations in depth and see how legislation becomes a practical process within an international company: from the regulatory text, to a material specification, to the box a rider opens. You will work closely with colleagues in product development, graphic design, and supply chain, as well as with external manufacturers. This gives you a clear view of how cross-functional teams turn one requirement into aligned decisions, while you sharpen your analytical thinking, process-oriented approach, and documentation skills. Experienced professionals guide you, and you have the autonomy to shape the outcome. The frameworks you build will continue to support sustainable and compliant packaging at REV'IT! after your internship ends. A concrete contribution to Shaping a Sustainable Future for Riding. What does this mean in practice? As Sustainable Packaging Intern, you will support the further development and structuring of our approach to packaging waste regulations. The goal is packaging that is compliant, certified where required, and aligned with European sustainability standards. Your job will include: Analyzing and structuring the European packaging and sustainability requirements that apply to our products. Mapping and documenting the packaging materials currently used across our product portfolio. Evaluating current packaging materials and labeling against legal, recyclability, and reporting requirements. Identifying where packaging certification is required and supporting the documentation needed for it. Translating complex regulatory texts into clear guidelines and workable frameworks that ensure long-term compliance. Aligning regulatory requirements with practical implementation together with product development and supply chain. Working with graphic design to make sure packaging labels meet the applicable requirements. Gathering packaging and material information from external manufacturers to complete the compliance overview. This is an internship position. You will report to the Quality & Compliance Coordinator. You will receive an internship allowance of € 400 gross per month for a full-time internship. Are you our ideal candidate? You are a student who brings structure to complexity. Dense regulatory texts do not put you off; you enjoy turning them into processes that others can follow. We expect: You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program. You think in processes and enjoy working in a structured way. You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You are persistent and able to work independently. You can translate complex or technical texts into clear, understandable language. You communicate clearly and document your work thoroughly. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You have a clear interest in sustainability, European regulations, and compliance. But above all, you want to use your qualities to make a difference, and you show it! Apply Today Within REV'IT!, we embrace diversity. Currently, our team represents 15 different nationalities, something we take great pride in! Because we work with so many different backgrounds to achieve our mission, our working language is English. That said, we are very proud of our Dutch roots. Should you be interested in one of the openings and prefer to apply in Dutch, then please don't hesitate to do so.
