Make existing standards work: ensure the warranty conditions and return rules already in our contracts are applied in daily practice, country by country, and stay applied. Strengthen warranty governance: establish clear ownership, decision-making and escalation routes, working with local teams to ensure consistent application across countries. Improve warranty and return processes: work with Quality, Supply Chain and local teams to strengthen how claims and returned products and parts are tracked, assessed and handled. Turn data into action: establish a common KPI framework to monitor warranty performance, identify opportunities and measure progress against targets. Drive continuous improvement: share claims insights with Quality and R&D to support product improvement. What you bring Relevant, senior-level experience in warranty management, claims or aftersales within an industrial or product-based environment. Proven experience improving and implementing claims and warranty processes across multiple countries or business units, with measurable results in cost control and reduction. Knowledge of claims, warranty and returns tools, including SAP returns processes. Understanding of European warranty frameworks and contract terms. Additional European language skills and/or experience with Lean, Six Sigma or change management. Why join us? You will join BDR Thermea Group at an exciting time for our industry.
