Position Overview Are you an organisational talent who thinks holistically and acts proactively? Then take on a key role with us: As Manager Supply Chain, Order Processing and Logistics (m/f/d), you will manage and optimise key processes from customer order through to delivery and actively shape the further development of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Production Control Complete processing of customer orders and internal production orders in the SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud edition Preparation of order confirmations and monitoring of production and delivery dates Planning and management of material requirements, capacities and supply chains Handover and follow-up of purchase requisitions, including schedule and cost control SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud edition key user for the area of responsibility Support with reporting and analysis of relevant key performance indicators Material Planning & Logistics Material planning and management of the internal material supply Coordination of internal and external warehousing and logistics processes Organisation of shipments, including preparation of shipping documents, coordination of freight forwarders and monitoring of deliveries Proactive resolution of delivery issues and logistical bottlenecks through forward-looking planning Systems Development & Process Optimisation Active involvement in the implementation and further development of the MES/CAQ system Analysis and continuous optimisation of processes throughout the value chain Close coordination with interdisciplinary interfaces throughout the value chain Support with make-or-buy decisions Supply Chain Development and implementation of sustainable and cost-optimised procurement strategies Support for Procurement in selecting, evaluating and developing strategic suppliers and establishing long-term partnerships Management of demand and inventory forecasts to optimise stock levels Identification and management of risks within the supply chain Ensuring compliance with export regulations and company standards Functional leadership and development of an operational supply chain team Continuous improvement of processes through KPI-based analyses and targeted communication measures Your Profile A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in relevant areas such as order processing, supply chain, logistics or procurement Very good knowledge of ERP systems/SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud edition and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills and organisational ability Experience with export control and compliance topics is an advantage Enthusiasm for change, initiative and a solution-oriented mindset Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich. Core Responsibilities

Manage customer and production orders, material requirements, production schedules, and logistics from order confirmation through delivery. Develop and optimize supply chain processes, procurement strategies, inventory forecasts, supplier relationships, and team performance using KPI-based analysis.

Requirements

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification is required, along with several years of relevant experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Candidates need strong SAP S/4HANA and MS Office skills, leadership and analytical abilities, and fluent German and English; export compliance experience is an advantage.
