Job Role- Blockchain Delivery Manager Location - Amsterdam, Netherlands. Experience Level- 12+ Years Job Description : Senior delivery or consulting leadership in banking or payments. Has led an option evaluation or vendor selection at a regulated bank, from criteria to decision. Working knowledge of stablecoins, tokenised deposits and the EU context (MiCA, DORA): enough to frame the decision, not to own regulatory advice. Facilitates executive forums and holds a position under challenge. Commercial judgement on total cost of ownership and vendor terms. Core Responsibilities

Lead delivery or consulting work in banking or payments, including evaluating options and selecting vendors for regulated banks. Facilitate executive discussions, frame decisions involving blockchain-related financial products and EU regulations, and assess total cost of ownership and vendor terms.

Requirements

Requires 12 or more years of experience and senior delivery or consulting leadership in banking or payments. Candidates should have led a vendor evaluation or selection at a regulated bank and have working knowledge of stablecoins, tokenised deposits, MiCA, and DORA, along with strong executive facilitation and commercial judgment.
