We believe that achieving this ambitious goal requires the right people in the right roles, and that is where our recruitment team plays a crucial part. At Zonneplan, you will join a collaborative HR environment characterized by open communication, short lines, and mutual support. We combine operational efficiency with strategic advisory work, utilizing our proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), AI technology, and labor market insights to continuously improve our recruitment processes. Together, we build the teams that make plan Zero possible. About The Role As a Recruiter at Zonneplan, you will take full ownership of your portfolio of vacancies, ranging from technical roles to senior positions. You will design and execute tailored sourcing strategies to fill scarce and specialist profiles, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, your network, and creative alternative channels. Additionally, you will continuously optimize recruitment tools and processes, contributing to the development and enhancement of our in-house ATS. Your role also involves building and maintaining talent pools for critical roles, collaborating with HR Business Partners and department heads to forecast future staffing needs, and mentoring junior colleagues to support their growth. Your work directly impacts the success of Zonneplan’s mission by ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained.
