Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection As a Assistant Housekeeping Executive, you are responsible for motivating and directing the team of housekeeping employees. You ensure that the guests have an excellent stay. Together with the Housekeeping Manager you are responsible for managing the operational daily tasks of the Housekeeping Employees to ensure the rooms and the public areas are properly cleaned. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to the Minor Hotels' Quality standards. Core Responsibilities

Lead and motivate housekeeping employees while coordinating daily operations with the Housekeeping Manager. Ensure guest rooms and public areas are properly cleaned and that work meets Minor Hotels' quality standards.

Requirements

The role calls for leadership, a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, flexibility to work shifts, and a positive, energetic approach to hospitality and guest service. Fluent written and spoken English is required, while knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred.
