🛠️ We're hiring: On-site IT Support Technician (L2) - 3 Locations 🗓 Start ASAP, 1-year contract 📅 3 days per week, 1 day at each site: 📍 Steenbergen (4651 SP) 📍 Beuningen (6641 TL) 📍 Hoofddorp (2132 JL) Do you love fixing things, helping people and keeping operations running smoothly? You'll be the friendly face of IT at our client's offices and production sites. Our Service Desk assigns and prioritises your tickets, so you can focus on what you do best: hands-on support. No designing networks, no engineering servers, just a clear scope and real impact every day. 💻 What you'll do ✅ Deskside support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, mobile devices and meeting-room equipment ✅ Device lifecycle (IMAC/RD): install, move, add, change, remove and dispose, plus Windows imaging and deployment ✅ Basic Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory tasks (password resets, group membership) ✅ Hardware break/fix: diagnose, arrange warranty replacements, liaise with vendors and keep spare stock and asset records up to date ✅ Be the "smart hands" for our remote teams in the comms rooms: swapping, rebooting, re-cabling, patching and labelling ✅ Support production-area devices like shop-floor PCs, scanners and label printers ✅ Work your tickets with clear notes, meet agreed response times and escalate anything above L2 🎯 What you bring 🔹 3 to 5 years in deskside or end-user support 🔹 Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic Intune or SCCM and basic Active Directory 🔹 Basic networking: cabling, patch panels, switch ports, replacing an access point 🔹 Strong ticket discipline: clear notes, follow-up and SLA awareness 🔹 Fluent Dutch and working-level English 🔹 Driving licence and own transport to travel between sites 🔹 Comfortable working in a food production environment and following site safety rules, including PPE ℹ️ A background check is part of the hiring process. 📩 Sound like you? Core Responsibilities

Provide hands-on L2 support for end-user devices, peripherals, meeting-room equipment, and production-area technology across three sites. Manage device installations and lifecycle tasks, troubleshoot hardware, maintain asset and spare-stock records, assist remote teams with comms-room tasks, and document and escalate tickets appropriately.

Requirements

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of deskside or end-user support experience, knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic Intune or SCCM, Active Directory, and basic networking. Fluent Dutch, working-level English, a driving licence and personal transport are required, along with comfort working in food production and following site safety rules; a background check is part of hiring.
