As NIO House Specialist you will get hands-on experience working in an innovative environment and supporting various aspects of the NIO House operations, customer engagement, and brand-building efforts. Key Responsibilities: Customer (User) Engagement & Support: Assist the team in welcoming visitors and NIO community members, providing information about NIO House Amsterdam, and services. Event Coordination: Help organize and manage community events, workshops, and product demonstrations within NIO House, contributing ideas to enhance user experience. Brand Ambassador: Represent NIO’s values and vision by ensuring that visitors and customers (users) have a positive and memorable experience at NIO House Amsterdam. Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including showroom maintenance, inventory management, and administrative tasks. Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials and social media content to promote NIO House events and initiatives. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer (user) feedback, and competitor activities to help the team better understand the local market. Collaboration: Work closely with different teams including marketing (UD), and customer service (user support) to support NIO’s goals in the Netherlands. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a bonus. A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute creatively to the team. Proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus. Hold a driving license is a plus. Welcome visitors and community members, provide information, represent the brand, and support daily showroom operations. Help coordinate events, create marketing and social media content, research local market trends, and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field is requested, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in English; Dutch proficiency and a driving license are advantages.
