Job Description – Senior SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment. The candidate should have strong functional expertise, business process knowledge, and experience in requirement gathering, testing, and data migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, SAP configurations, or enhancement requirements. Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP MM and WM across SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments. Understand and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P), material management, logistics, and warehouse processes. Understand integration of MM/WM with other SAP modules and upstream/downstream business processes. Map business process flows and identify key SAP fields and data elements. Support functional and integration testing in lower SAP environments. Coordinate with business stakeholders during Market Acceptance Testing (MAT). Drive data migration activities in collaboration with business users and functional owners. Identify data gaps, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution. Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of SAP MM/WM functional experience. Strong knowledge of SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM). Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP. Strong understanding of P2P, procurement, logistics, and warehouse processes. Experience in requirement gathering, functional specifications, and SAP configuration. Experience in testing, business coordination, and data migration. Good understanding of SAP module integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch language proficiency would be an added advantage.

Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires 10+ years of SAP MM/WM functional experience, strong knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA, and understanding of procurement, logistics, warehouse processes, and SAP integrations. Candidates should have experience in requirements, configuration, testing, business coordination, and data migration, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
