Careers HGV Driver – Class 2 – Devon 4th Nov 2026 Immediate Start for HGV Class 2 Drivers at our family orientated company. Due to an increase in demand, we are recruiting HGV Drivers, driving Class 2 vehicles. Duties consist of multi drop consignments and full loads. Days shifts and nights out available. Newly qualified drivers are invited to apply. Competitive hourly pay rate Our HGV Class 2 drivers will be allocated their own vehicle. Monday to Friday Circa 50 - 60 hours a week. Overtime rates paid after 40 hrs per week. Nights out - attracts an additional paid allowance No weekends. Applicants Should Have a full U.K licence with a valid and current C (HGV class 2) entitlement and a current drivers C.P.C qualification. a good knowledge of all current driver’s hours and working time directive rules and regulations. Core Responsibilities
Drive Class 2 HGV vehicles to deliver multi-drop consignments and full loads. Work day shifts or nights out, with an allocated vehicle and weekday schedules.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence with a valid Class 2 (Category C) entitlement and a current Driver CPC qualification. They must understand current drivers’ hours and Working Time Directive rules; an ADR licence is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
