Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in improving HR processes and the employee experience. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. What We Offer Be part of a collaborative, dynamic, and diverse team (with over 20 nationalities!) that celebrates creativity and innovation. Opportunities for professional growth and development across different areas of HR. Exposure to regional and global HR initiatives and projects. A culture where your ideas count, your voice is heard, and your achievements are celebrated. Remote work flexibility: work from your home country up to 6 weeks per year. 30 days of paid time off. Pension plan for your future. A gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €3,800, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance and travel expense reimbursement.
