Your Tasks As a Supply Chain Intern within our Supply Chain team, you’ll support projects focused on automation, process improvement and standardization. You’ll work with data, analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to make our operations more efficient. Together with colleagues across Belgium and the Netherlands, you’ll help turn your findings into practical improvements. Depending on your background, skills and interests, you’ll contribute to one or more of the following projects: Automation: Map existing processes and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, with the goal of saving at least 1.000 working hours per year Process standardization: Analyze existing processes, identify best practices from other MediaMarkt countries, including Germany and Spain, and help implement improvements in Belgium and the Netherlands to increase efficiency and service levels. Process improvement: Analyze and improve the defect management process in our Dutch stores, identify best practices and support the rollout of the improved process across our Belgian store network. You’ll also work on data analysis, reporting and dashboards to support decision-making and help identify further opportunities for improvement. You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field You have strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement and automation. You have good Excel skills and knowledge of, or an interest in, reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense Experience with SQL, data mining and data analysis is a plus You communicate fluently in English. Core Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain processes and data to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational improvement. Support implementation of process improvements across Belgium and the Netherlands, and develop reporting and dashboards to inform decisions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement and automation. Good Excel skills and fluent English are required; familiarity with reporting tools is expected or of interest, while SQL, data mining, data analysis experience, and French are advantages.
