Working closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Procurement and Gateway teams, you develop competitive gateway solutions, optimize pricing structures, and strengthen strategic partnerships with airlines and co-loaders. You drive efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth across our global gateway network. How you create impact Develop and expand existing and new Air Freight Gateway solutions, ensuring efficient cargo flows and network utilization Design and optimize gateway products and services, including specialized solutions such as Express, Dangerous Goods and Oversized Cargo Prepare spot quotations, support RFQs and tenders, and develop competitive pricing structures and gateway tariffs Partner closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to design customer-specific gateway concepts and commercial solutions Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, co-loaders and logistics partners while securing attractive commercial conditions Monitor market developments, network performance and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, utilization and margins What we would like you to bring Experience within Air Freight; Gateway experience is an advantage Strong understanding of air transportation, carrier structures, pricing mechanisms and network operations Ability to develop commercially attractive and operationally feasible logistics solutions for customers and stakeholders Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to influence decisions, resolve challenges and identify growth opportunities Fluent English skills; Dutch is an advantage What's in it for you We offer you a challenging position in a dynamic working environment in which development and progress are important. Develop and optimize Air Freight Gateway solutions, products, pricing structures, and network utilization, including specialized services such as Express, Dangerous Goods, and Oversized Cargo. Partner with Sales and Key Account Management, negotiate commercial terms with airlines and co-loaders, and monitor performance and profitability to improve efficiency and growth.

Requirements

Experience in air freight is required, with gateway experience considered an advantage, along with a strong understanding of air transportation, carrier structures, pricing, and network operations. Candidates should bring commercial and analytical problem-solving ability, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
