Your Impact You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on managing business transformation projects. You will support the implementation of business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organizations. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term project success. You will manage workstreams largely independently with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will lead more junior consultants in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organizations. You will be based in our McKinsey office in Amsterdam, as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with clients’ senior management and their specialist departments. Your Qualifications and Skills Advanced graduate degree with strong academic background required, ideally in engineering or business administration 3+ years of experience in project delivery in project management office (PMO) preferably in consulting, in the context of implementation/transformation/change management projects, change management Experience in one or more of the below topics: operational excellence and implementation, procurement transformation, post-merger integration or implementation of AI projects to reshape company operations Qualifications including Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma and Jira are desirable Initial experience at the management level and ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions Enjoying the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment Functional experience with AI-related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate complex ideas effectively Business level language fluency skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Dutch are mandatory

Core Responsibilities

Manage transformation project workstreams and support the implementation of business change programs across organizations and sectors. Lead junior consultants, facilitate client meetings and workshops, and coach clients to deliver lasting change and achieve project objectives.

Requirements

An advanced graduate degree and at least three years of project delivery experience, preferably in consulting and in PMO, implementation, transformation, or change management, are required. Candidates should have management-level experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Dutch; experience with AI-related solutions and relevant project or process certifications is desirable.
