Описание: Our Technology & Innovation team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant who loves building things and solving technical problems hands-on, driven by data and AI at scale. You'll design and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on leading Cloud platforms, write production-ready Python code, and build robust model monitoring frameworks. Задачи: Implement state-of-the-art data & AI applications at scale Develop and deploy data science solutions using Python, Docker, and leading Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Develop and implement custom AI systems for our clients (e.g. agentic workflows, RAG-based systems, domain specific AI assistants) Design end-to-end AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact Build robust monitoring frameworks to keep models performing at their best, proactively managing drift and retraining needs Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, collaborating closely with decision-makers to align AI solutions with their goals Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in ML Ops, GenAI, and Cloud technologies Требования: 5+ years of relevant experience with AI applications and platforms, ideally gained in consulting or project-based work A Master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as AI, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field A strong grasp of the modern GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector search, tool/function calling, agentic patterns, and protocols like MCP) and the judgment to know when to apply each Comfortable understanding the strategy & business context behind the technical problems you solve The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, explaining complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences such as business managers, product owners, and commercial leads A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change Drive and structure: you can bring in new opportunities and push them forward with clarity and ownership A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar Fluency in English Будет плюсом: data and cloud architecture affinity is a plus; proficiency in Dutch is a plus Условия: Impact you can point to: You’ll see your work in action and our projects change how organisations make decisions Real responsibility, real support: You’ll work alongside experienced experts from the start, learning by doing with mentorship and feedback built in The freedom to try new things: Spot a better way to build something? Core Responsibilities

Design and deploy scalable, end-to-end AI and data science solutions using Python, Docker, and cloud platforms, including custom AI systems such as agentic workflows and RAG-based assistants. Build model monitoring and retraining frameworks, collaborate with business decision-makers, and explore emerging AI and cloud technologies.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of relevant AI application and platform experience, a master’s degree in a quantitative field, and strong knowledge of modern generative AI methods and tools. Candidates should understand business context, communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, and demonstrate initiative, ownership, and collaboration; English fluency is required, while Dutch is a plus.
