LendLeap, a Netherlands-based fintech startup, is building software for lenders to originate loans. We seek a hands-on support and operations partner to own customer interactions, platform monitoring, testing, configuration, and documentation. You’ll work directly with the founders and have room to grow in a small, fast-moving team. You are an enrolled HBO/WO student in ICT or similar, fluent in Dutch and English, and excited about finance and AI.
Core Responsibilities
Own customer interactions and support operations for LendLeap’s lending software. Monitor, test, and configure the platform, and maintain documentation while working directly with the founders.
Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in an HBO or WO program in ICT or a similar field and be fluent in Dutch and English. They should be hands-on and interested in finance and AI.
