Job Description

Strohm is seeking a Senior Finance Controller to lead IFRS-compliant reporting across an international manufacturing environment. You’ll own month-end closing, balance sheet control and interaction with external auditors while guiding AP/AR activities. With 5–7 years of relevant experience and a hands-on, proactive approach, you’ll partner with the Finance Director, CFO and FP&A to drive improvements in controls and processes in a hybrid work setting in the Netherlands.

Core Responsibilities

Lead IFRS-compliant reporting in an international manufacturing environment, owning month-end closing and balance sheet control while interacting with external auditors. Guide accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and partner with the Finance Director, CFO, and FP&A to improve controls and processes.

Requirements

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience and a hands-on, proactive approach. It involves working with IFRS reporting, financial close and balance sheet controls, auditor interactions, and AP/AR activities.
