Требования: three to five years as a PM on a live software product, ideally B2B, SaaS, or internal platforms. you commit when there’s no perfect answer. you earn it with senior stakeholders and explain decisions plainly. you’re comfortable with code, data models, and integrations, even if engineering was never your title. you’ve built something with AI tools, even a prototype or side project, and you want to make it your day job. Core Responsibilities

Prioritize product work based on business value and user pain, collaborate directly with AURA users, and use AI to build and ship features with engineering guidance. Explain priorities and trade-offs, define success measures, evaluate feature outcomes, and iterate.

Requirements

Requires three to five years of product management experience on a live software product, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or internal platforms. Candidates should be decisive, able to earn stakeholder trust, comfortable with code, data models, and integrations, and have built something using AI tools; connected hardware or IoT experience is a plus.
