Brightlands Data & AI Campus in Heerlen seeks an Executive Assistant to be the CEO’s right-hand. You ensure administrative processes run smoothly, leverage AI tools to handle routine tasks, and keep agreements with shareholders and the Board of Supervisors on track. With at least five years in executive support, you will manage governance cycles, calendar, gatekeeping, travel, and confidential archives. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and comfort with AI tools is essential.

Requirements
Requires at least five years of executive support experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams. Candidates should also be comfortable using AI tools.
