Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, seeks an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to partner with managers and staff across the employee lifecycle. You will support employee relations, absence management, and Dutch employment law in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will handle sickness cases, onboarding, contract changes, transfers and offboarding, working with Payroll and Recruitment to ensure compliant HR processes. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, German is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

Partner with managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting employee relations, absence management, and compliance with Dutch employment law. Manage sickness cases and HR processes including onboarding, contract changes, transfers, and offboarding, coordinating with Payroll and Recruitment.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and German is an advantage. The role calls for expertise in Dutch employment law and the ability to support employee relations, absence management, and compliant HR processes.
