Let’s shape the future of collaboration together. Your Mission Work on the future of collaboration The role of the Atlassian consultant is changing. Fast. It used to be about configuring tools. What you’ll do You’ll help organisations fundamentally improve the way they work by using technology smartly. That means: Structuring and enriching knowledge in Atlassian Confluence Building custom solutions on Atlassian Forge Developing AI agents and smart automations with Atlassian Rovo Integrating Atlassian with other systems via APIs Advising clients on how AI can speed up and improve their workflows So you don’t just work in tools. You design systems. Your Profile What you bring You don’t need to know everything yet. But you do have the right foundation and mindset. Core Responsibilities

Design and build AI-driven collaboration solutions, including enriching Confluence knowledge, developing custom Forge apps, and creating Rovo agents and automated workflows. Integrate Atlassian with other systems through APIs and advise clients on using AI to improve and accelerate their processes.

Requirements

Candidates need experience with Atlassian Cloud, interest in applying AI to work processes, analytical ability, and strong client communication skills. Forge development, REST APIs and integrations, AI tools or agent-based solutions, and workflow or process optimization are advantageous.
