Voor Van Ginkel Houtskeletbouw zoeken we geen ervaren Tekla specialist. We zoeken iemand die bouwkundig kan tekenen en de bouw begrijpt. Tekla Structures kunnen we je leren.
Je werkt complete houtskeletbouwprojecten uit en groeit daarbij verder richting werkvoorbereiding. Je maakt productietekeningen, materiaalstaten en stuklijsten en stemt technische details af met opdrachtgevers, architecten, constructeurs en de productie.
💰 €4.300 tot €4.700 bruto per maand
📅 36 uur verdeeld over 4 dagen
📚 Opleidingsbudget voor onder andere Tekla
🏠 25 vakantiedagen + 7 ATV op fulltimebasis

Core Responsibilities
You will develop complete timber frame construction projects, including creating production drawings, material lists, and parts lists. Additionally, you will coordinate technical details with clients, architects, structural engineers, and the production team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in architectural drafting and a solid background in construction. You must be proficient in architectural software and have a strong understanding of building processes.
