  • Monitor emerging global regulations affecting polymers, additives, substances of concern, food contact and drinking water materials, and sustainability, and communicate business impacts and recommended actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across compliance processes, regulatory data management, customer support tools, and stewardship programs.

  • Strong knowledge of European, UK, and Turkey regulations (EU REACH, UK REACH, Turkey KKDIK), food contact legislation, and drinking water requirements, including evaluating SDSs, supplier documentation, substance inventories, migration data, toxicological assessments, and regulatory declarations.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence outcomes, provide risk-based regulatory recommendations, and defend decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercial astuteness and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex regulatory topics to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional projects, working effectively with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and commercial teams to support product stewardship, customer compliance, and business growth.
  • Experience supporting customers and suppliers on regulatory compliance matters, including food contact declarations, drinking water applications, regulatory assessments, and stewardship-related inquiries while protecting confidential business information.
