What You Can Expect:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van de exportzendingen, het opmaken van de transportbescheiden en het verrichten van de benodigde administratie, facturatie en communicatie met betrekking tot de zendingen van de klanten, agenten en vervoerders.
What You Bring:
De Transportplanner die wij zoeken heeft reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in het transport.
Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en hebt goede sociale vaardigheden. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Duits is een pre. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je goed overzicht kan bewaren, administratief sterk bent en proactief kan reageren.
Daarnaast heb je kennis van en affiniteit met de markt voor wegtransport, transportdocumenten en agentennetwerken
Core Responsibilities
You are responsible for handling export shipments, preparing transport documents, and managing related administration and invoicing. You will also maintain communication with customers, agents, and carriers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in a similar transport role and possesses strong communication and social skills. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with German being an advantage, alongside a proactive and organized approach.
