What You Can Expect:
Je bent onderdeel van een team die tevens zorg draagt voor onze chauffeurs balie en alle in- en uitkomende transporten afhandelt en chauffeurs te woord staat.
Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de juiste verdeling van labels/etiketten en zorgt dat ook ons crossdock wordt voorzien van de juiste informatie.
Er wordt gewerkt in een systeem met dag en avonddiensten
What You Bring:
Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en hebt goede sociale vaardigheden. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse
en Engelse taal. Duits is een pre. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je goed overzicht kan bewaren, administratief sterk bent en proactief kan reageren.
Je werkt op deze afdeling in een 2-ploegen systeem. dagdienst van 8.30 - 17.00 uur, de avonddienst van 15.30 - 0.00 uur
Core Responsibilities
Support the team at the drivers' desk by handling incoming and outgoing transport and communicating with drivers. Help ensure labels are correctly distributed and provide the cross-dock with accurate information.
Requirements
Candidates should communicate well, be customer-focused, and have strong social and administrative skills. Good Dutch and English are required, German is an advantage, and the role requires maintaining oversight and responding proactively.
