What You Can Expect:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van de exportzendingen, het opmaken van de transportbescheiden en het verrichten van de benodigde administratie en communicatie met betrekking tot de zendingen van de klanten, agenten en vervoerders.
De Transportplanner NON EU desk die wij zoeken heeft reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in het transport
What You Bring:
Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en hebt goede sociale vaardigheden. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Duits is een pre. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je goed overzicht kan bewaren, administratief sterk bent en proactief kan reageren.
Daarnaast heb je kennis van en affiniteit met de markt voor wegtransport, transportdocumenten en agentennetwerken
Core Responsibilities
Handle export shipments, prepare transport documents, and complete the required administrative work. Communicate and coordinate with customers, agents, and carriers regarding their shipments.
Requirements
Applicants should have several years of experience in a comparable transport role and be familiar with road transport, transport documents, and agent networks. Strong communication and social skills, a customer-focused approach, good administrative and organizational abilities, and proficiency in Dutch and English are required; German is an advantage.
