Job Description
- Het beheren, configureren en ondersteunen van Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)-omgevingen.
- Het beheren en onderhouden van Microsoft Intune voor endpoint- en apparaatbeheer.
- Het configureren, implementeren en beheren van apparaatcompliancebeleid en endpointbeveiligingsmaatregelen.
- Het oplossen van technische problemen met AVD en het bieden van BAU-ondersteuning (Business-As-Usual).
- Het beheren van applicatie-implementaties, configuraties, updates en de volledige levenscyclus van applicaties binnen endpointomgevingen.
- Het waarborgen van de naleving van organisatorische beveiligingsnormen en endpointbeheerbeleid.
- Het beheren van IT-servicetickets, incidenten en wijzigingen met behulp van ITSM-tools zoals ManageEngine en TOPdesk.
- Het ondersteunen van Microsoft Azure Cloud-omgevingen en het optimaliseren van de virtuele desktop- en moderne werkplekinfrastructuur.
- 6–8 jaar algemene IT-werkervaring, met relevante expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop en Microsoft Intune.
- Ruime hands-on ervaring met het beheren en ondersteunen van Azure Virtual Desktop-omgevingen.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Intune, waaronder apparaatbeheer, compliancebeleid en endpointbeveiliging.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Azure Cloud-services en Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ervaring met ITSM-tools zoals ManageEngine en TOPdesk.
- Een goed begrip van Windows Virtual Desktop en moderne werkplektechnologieën.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
- Het vermogen om complexe problemen met AVD, Intune en endpoints te analyseren en op te lossen.
- Het configureren en onderhouden van veilige en conforme virtuele desktop- en endpointomgevingen.
- Het effectief beheren van applicatie-implementaties en endpointconfiguraties.
- Het analyseren van technische problemen, identificeren van de onderliggende oorzaken en implementeren van passende oplossingen.
- Het effectief samenwerken met technische teams en stakeholders om een optimale dienstverlening te waarborgen.
- Het beheren van incidenten, serviceverzoeken en operationele activiteiten volgens ITSM-processen.
- Het effectief communiceren met stakeholders in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
- De mogelijkheid om te werken aan Azure Virtual Desktop- en Modern Workplace-omgevingen op enterprise-niveau.
- Ervaring opdoen met Microsoft Azure Cloud, Intune en endpointbeveiligingstechnologieën.
- De mogelijkheid om bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie van de werkplekinfrastructuur en beveiligingsinitiatieven.
Core Responsibilities
The engineer is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop environments and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management. They will also handle application deployments, ensure security compliance, and manage IT service tickets using ITSM tools.
Requirements
Candidates must have 6–8 years of IT experience with specific expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Intune. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Entra ID, and ITSM tools like ManageEngine or TOPdesk is required, along with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
