Senior Director, N4 Professional Services EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)
Role Summary
The Senior Director of Professional Services (PS) for N4 leads the N4 practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with combined responsibility for selling services in partnership with Sales, delivery, and practice management. This customer-facing role is based in EMEA and reports to the Vice President of Professional Services. It is expected to drive AI-enabled delivery through AVA and standardized methodology to accelerate Time to Value (TTV).
Experience Guideline
- 15+ years of experience; at least 10 years directly managing others, including managers
- Required: leadership of teams delivering Terminal Operating System or comparable enterprise application implementations and upgrades
- Proven customer-facing experience, including pre-sales, scoping, and executive engagement
- Deep expertise in digital transformation and AI-driven delivery
- Port, terminal, or supply chain experience preferred; English required
Effectiveness / Impact
- Partners with Sales to position, scope, and close N4 services engagements
- Meets or exceeds regional financial and operational goals
- Leads adoption of AI-enabled methods and standardized delivery frameworks
- Drives outcome-based commitments and zero failed go-lives
- Builds lasting relationships with senior operations and Information Technology leaders at key EMEA customers and partners
Supervision / Accountability
- Manages multiple managers and delegates effectively
- Owns regional Revenue, Utilization, and Margin
- Develops and executes strategies for regional growth and profitability
- Develops the coaching capability of Senior Managers, Managers, and Directors
- Owns the annual regional PS talent review with Human Resources
Communication / Leadership
- Recognized by the executive team as a leader who inspires teams
- Communicates vision and priorities clearly; engages confidently at C-level
- Presents dashboards and Key Performance Indicators in management meetings
- Builds a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
- Contributes to port and terminal industry forums and thought leadership that positions Kaleris PS as premium

Requirements
Candidates must have 15+ years of experience, including at least 10 years in management roles within terminal operating systems or enterprise application implementations. Proven expertise in digital transformation, AI-driven delivery, and executive-level customer engagement is required.
