Job Description
- Pre sales technical support covering all sales and marketing efforts in the area including pre-sales
- Support for Major Accounts Sales and main partners
- Primary technical and conceptual sales support contact for customers
- Working closely with all sales functions, Major Accounts Sales reps and channel managers
- Development of existing and new accounts in conjunction with sales reps
- Identification of new projects
- Project management and reporting
- Conceptual and technical support of prospects and customers
- Product and solution presentations
- Answers to RFI's & RFP's
- Active participation in IT security events and trade shows
- Training updates, seminars and workshop for main partners and prospects
Qualifications
- At least 5 years as an SE in a vendor/partner environment
- Knowledge in Security environment and Check Point technologies
- Familiarity with the networking technologies
- Experience with POCs and Demos
- Good understanding of customer environment
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch
- Excellent presentation skills
- Work experience with end users
Core Responsibilities
Provide technical and conceptual pre-sales support to customers, prospects, major accounts, and partners, including product presentations, demonstrations, and responses to RFI and RFP requests. Work with sales teams to develop accounts, identify projects, manage and report on projects, and deliver training and workshops for partners and prospects.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of experience as a sales engineer in a vendor or partner environment, knowledge of security environments and Check Point technologies, and familiarity with networking technologies. Candidates should have experience with proofs of concept and demonstrations, understand customer environments, and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
