Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration
- First point of contact for the employees within the plant
- Organize internal activities related to Rewards & Recognition, Vitality and Happiness at Work
- Support the recruitment process
- Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration
- Participate in various HR-related projects

Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management
- You are fluent in Dutch (Fluent in English is a plus)
- Someone proactive with good communication skills
- Open for team work but also able to take initiative
- A person with hands-on mentality
- Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the HR department with personnel and salary administration while acting as a primary contact for plant employees. They will also assist in recruitment processes, organize internal engagement activities, and participate in various HR-related projects.
Requirements
Candidates must be current HBO or WO students in fields such as HR, Business Administration, or Psychology. Proficiency in Dutch is required, and applicants should possess a proactive, hands-on mentality with strong communication skills.
