Job Description

Position Summary

• The All-Round Production Employee is responsible for carrying out various production activities across the Plotter & Label and Application departments. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. The employee ensures that production processes are completed efficiently while meeting the company’s quality standards and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Plotter & Label Department

• Operate plotter machines according to work instructions.

• Weed and prepare transfers for production.

• Prepare and process design files for production.

• Organize and manage transfers before they are sent to production.

• Ensure all work meets quality and production standards.

Application Department

• Operate hand presses and carousel presses to apply logos, names, numbers, and other transfers to garments.

• Follow production specifications and work instructions accurately.

• Unpack incoming garments and prepare them for production.

• Pack finished garments according to customer specifications.

• Prepare packing materials and complete packing lists accurately.

• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet company standards.

General Responsibilities

• Work safely and comply with all company health and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

• Report production issues, quality concerns, or equipment malfunctions to the Team Leader.

• Handle company materials, garments, and equipment with care.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.

• Be flexible and support other production areas when required.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move production materials when required.

• Manual dexterity and accuracy when handling garments and transfers.
